David Steinhart - Owner/President
David's entrepreneurial spirit is the driving force behind Service Mailers.
His commitment to growth and technology, often based on client input
and feedback, allows the company to stay at the forefront of the industry.
As well as overseeing all technological and operational issues, David is
also responsible for the management of the company's financial affairs.
Marcy Clarke - Owner/Vice President
Marcy complements David by fully understanding the account management
side of the business. With over 21 years of experience, Marcy has earned a
reputation as an industry direct mail expert. She remains involved in day-to-day
activities so that she can continue to improve and refine customer relations and
direct the company in its new business development and sales strategy. Marcy
is an active member of the Los Angeles Postal Customer Council (LAPCC)
and Mailing and Fulfillment Service Association (MFSA).
Mary Dollison - General Manager
With over 17 years of direct mail experience, Mary organizes, structures,
implements and follows through. With her hands-on managerial approach,
she develops and cultivates all new accounts while leading her Service Mailers
team. Her commitment to each client further exemplifies her unofficial title as 'David and Marcy's Right Hand Gal.'
Theresa Patrick - Customer Service Manager
Theresa brings over 16 years of account management experience to Service
Mailers. She is our communication hub and disperses this information
throughout our network. She is directly involved in all phases of our operation;
marketing, database management, printing, mailing and fulfillment services.
Theresa leads and defines our customer service teams by delivering friendly,
accurate, and quality service.
